Kansas Street Grill Resources
Want information on kansas street grill, we can help. A good way to imagine the differences between a charcoal and gas barbeque is to imagine a scale. On one end, there is taste, and on the other there is convenience. The more convenient the grill is, the less natural flavor there will be and vice versa. The charcoal style gives the food its smoky flavor because of the natural heating, wood. Food grilled with an electric gas barbecue will have very little flavor.
Like charcoal grills and grates gas grills need to be cleaned each time after use. All gas grills have a clean setting; however, this setting does not actually clean. Each time the clean setting is used to preheat the grill, it will burn any excess that has fallen thru the grates and onto the bottom of the grill. Though because of this clean setting, gas grills can be cleaned thoroughly just once a year. It should be comprised of a complete disassembly and scrub down of the system. Start it off by disconnecting the gas and taking apart the grill from top to bottom. When you cleaned your way down to the burner, make sure there is nothing obstructing the gas passage. Replace the gas components if they are too corroded with oils and foods. After a soapy scrub down, inspect any missing paint chips and repaint with grill paint if needed.

Sauces are usually the downfall to the average barbecue griller. The timing and types of sauces used should be thought out before any application goes on. Barbecue sauces that contain sugar, or any tomato sauces should be applied only when the food is just about finished. This is because these sauces heat up very quickly and are known to cause burning. After applying BBQ sauces that have sugar or tomatoes turn them rapidly to avoid any buildup or burning.
